The Wellness Road offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, subject to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.

1. Your Responsibilities
1.2 Accurate Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account details for all purchases made with The Wellness Road. This includes keeping your email address, credit card details, and expiration dates up to date to ensure smooth transactions and communication when needed.
1.3 Eligibility By accessing this website, The Wellness Road, you confirm that:
(a) You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
(b) If acting on behalf of an organisation, you have the authority to bind the organisation to these Terms.
(3) You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
(4) If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must read and agree to these Ts&Cs for you, and a reference to “you” means you and your parent/guardian, as applicable.
1.4 Agreement to Terms By using this Site, you agree to these Terms and any future amendments. The Wellness Road Clinic may modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
1.5 Permitted Use You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
(a) Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
(b) Transmitting offensive, unlawful, or defamatory content.
(c) Sending spam or unsolicited communications.
(d) Copying, modifying, or distributing Site content without permission.
(e) Introducing harmful software or disrupting Site security.

1.6 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold The Wellness Road Clinic, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Site or any breach of these Terms.
1.7 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities conducted under your account. Report any unauthorised access immediately.
2. Fees and Payments
2.1 Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS. Please note that we do not accept cash or American Express.
2.2 Deposit Requirement: A 100% of the consultation fee is required to secure all bookings, $50 of this amount is a booking fee.
2.3 Health Fund Rebates: Some services may be eligible for health fund rebates. Please contact your healthcare provider to see if you are eligible.
2.4 Out-of-pocket costs: Health insurance or Medicare may not cover specific treatments or tests, and you will be billed directly.
2.5 Information Accuracy While we strive for accuracy, the information on this Site may contain errors. We do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of this information.
2.6 Our product pricing may be updated at any time without prior notice.
2.7 We retain the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the service or its content at any time, without notice.
2.8 We are not liable to you or any third party for changes in pricing, service interruptions, or discontinuation of any part of the service.
3. Intellectual Property terms
3.1 Intellectual Property. All Site materials, including text, graphics, and code, are owned by The Wellness Road Clinic unless otherwise stated. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted, but reproduction or redistribution requires written consent.
3.2 Personal Use Only. You may not sell, repurpose, or distribute information from this Site without our written consent. Data mining and automated data extraction are strictly prohibited.
3.4 Service Availability The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

4.5 Service Limitations: While the Wellness Road Clinic offers a range of wellness services, we do not provide medical emergency care or surgical procedures. In the event of a medical emergency, you are advised to contact your general practitioner (GP) or proceed to the nearest hospital immediately.
4.6 Natural Remedies The Wellness Road Clinic specialises in natural therapies, including the use of herbs and supplements. We will assess your unique health needs and make personalised recommendations. However, please be aware that results from natural therapies may vary from individual to individual.
4.7 Disputes. You agree to co-operate with us (at your own expense) in the handling of disputes, complaints, investigations or litigation that arise as a result of your use of our Products and Services, including disputes, complaints, investigations or litigation that arise out of or relate to incorrect information you have given us.
5. Warranties, Returns & Online Sales
5.1 If there is an issue with your order (e.g. missing items, damaged goods, or incorrect products), and the purchase was made directly from us, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery using the contact details provided. Include proof of purchase, a clear description of the issue, and any additional documentation we may reasonably request. Return shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility.
5.2 If the product was purchased from a third party or stockist, please contact them directly regarding your concern.
5.3 We do not provide express warranties beyond those set out in these Terms, and nothing herein limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Any exclusions or limitations apply only where legally permitted.
5.4 Products are considered delivered once handed to a carrier, and the risk associated with the products transfers to you at that point.
5.5 Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law Schedule (ACL), 2010. For major failures, you are entitled to cancel your contract and receive a refund or replacement. For minor issues, we will rectify the problem within a reasonable timeframe. If this cannot be done, you are entitled to a refund or compensation.
5.6 Refunds will only be provided if we are unable to fulfil your order, if we deem it reasonable, or if otherwise agreed in writing. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, so please choose carefully.
5.7 We warrant that our services will be delivered with due care and skill, and our products will be free from defects under normal use, up to the expiry or best-before date where applicable.
5.8 Some products may contain allergens or ingredients that are contraindicated for certain health conditions or during pregnancy. It is your responsibility to check all ingredients prior to purchase. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering. We do not accept liability for allergic or adverse reactions and do not offer refunds or exchanges on this basis.
5.9 If a warranty claim is made during the warranty period, and a product or service fails to meet the standards outlined, our liability is limited (at our discretion) to replacing the goods or resupplying the service.
5.10 We do not accept returns where:
(a) Products have been used or stored improperly
(b) Products are not in original condition or packaging
(c) Products have been altered, damaged, or used after a fault was discovered
(d) Instructions provided have not been followed
(e) The issue is due to accident, misuse, or force majeure
5 11 Descriptions, imagery, and other content on our website are intended to assist with identification and general information and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of results.
5.12 Health outcomes vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes (e.g. symptom resolution or condition improvement) from the use of our products or services.
5.13 Some products or services may be available exclusively through our website and may be offered in limited quantities. These are subject to return or exchange in line with our Return Policy.
5.14 While we take care to present product imagery and colours accurately, we cannot guarantee your screen’s display will reflect true colour or appearance.
5.15 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales to any individual, region, or jurisdiction and may do so on a case-by-case basis.
5.16 We may limit product quantities, update pricing, change descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Any product or service offered is void where prohibited by law.
5.17 We make no guarantee that the products, services, or content provided will meet your expectations or that any issues in the service will be corrected.

6.1 Right to Refuse Service The practitioners at The Wellness Road Clinic reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving inappropriate behaviour, non-compliance with clinic policies, or when we believe it is in the best interest of the client’s health and safety.
6.2 Confidentiality All personal and health information shared with practitioners at The Wellness Road Clinic is strictly confidential and will be used solely to provide treatment and care. We comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations regarding the collection, storage, and handling of your data.
6.3 Medical Advice The services offered at The Wellness Road Clinic are complementary to conventional healthcare and are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or care provided by a licensed medical professional. We strongly encourage clients to consult their general practitioner (GP) or healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns they may have.
6.4 Adverse Reactions: If you experience any adverse reactions to treatments or remedies provided by our clinic, you must notify us immediately. We will assess the situation, provide appropriate guidance, and adjust your treatment plan. Please refer to our Adverse Reaction Policy for further details on managing such cases.
6.5 We reserve the right to decline any order or impose limits on the quantity of items purchased per individual, household, or transaction. These restrictions may apply to multiple orders linked by the same account, payment method, or delivery address. Should we need to modify or cancel your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the details provided at the time of purchase. Additionally, orders that appear to be intended for resale, bulk purchasing, or commercial distribution may be restricted or refused at our discretion.

7.1 For practitioners using this Site:

7.2 Breach of Terms We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in harmful activities.
