We sure do! Our massage therapists are Medibank registered. We use an online portal, so some funds may be unavailable for us to process here in the Clinic; however, you will still be able to claim via your app or online. Please check with your health care fund before booking to confirm what you’re covered for.Â
We can certainly look into this for you. Either call or drop in to the Clinic, and we can discuss your options.Â
Absolutely! Your therapists will appreciate the extra insight. Please bring any reports (not scans). These will be scanned and added to your client file.Â
If it’s your first time with one of our Massage therapists, then you are required to have an initial consultation. Please allow the first 5-10 minutes for your therapists to ask questions and determine which treatment plan will work best for you.Â
That’s ok. Book an initial appointment, and your therapists will assess what’s best for your individual case at this time.
Absolutely! We all need to unwind and relax every now and then, so where better than in our beautiful, relaxing massage room. Please just be aware that relaxation massages arent classified as remedial, therefore health fund rebates don’t apply.Â
Great question! The Wellness Road is a holistic one-stop wellness clinic. This is where we really shine. With your consent, all our practitioners can work together to ensure you have the best possible chance of optimal health and recovery.Â
When you book your initial appointment, you will be asked to complete an intake form where you can list your medications, allergies and any past or present health conditions. Your practitioner will ask any additional questions they think will help them ensure you are getting the best care. Please update your practitioner if you change or update medications.Â
Our rescheduling cut-off is 24 hours. While many clinics require 48 hours’ notice, we understand that unexpected events can occur.
If you let us know before the 24-hour cut-off, we’re happy to reschedule your appointment. Please note, however, that a non-refundable booking fee of $50 applies. If you notify us after the 24-hour window or don’t attend your appointment, your booking fee becomes non-transferable, and a new booking will be required.
