We sure do! Come into the clinic and you’ll be greeted at reception by a qualified naturopath. We offer a free consultation for acute presentations such as colds, flu, hayfever, and skin discomfort. We use practitioner-only products, so your safety is our priority. Your details will be entered into our system and you’ll be asked a series of questions so we can check for any interactions and ensure we select the most appropriate product for your needs.Â
Our consultations are thorough, covering a lot of ground, and we strive to gather as much information as possible to support your health journey. However, we also understand that life is busy, and not everyone is up for an intensive session.
You’re not locked into a set timeframe; your practitioner will guide the consult at a pace that suits you. If more details are needed, they may give you some “homework” to complete so we can continue building the best plan for you.
Yes, though it depends on how chronic or complex your case is. Your practitioner may choose to do further research or take a gentle, gradual approach to ensure the best outcome. Often, less is more, allowing the body time to adjust to changes and helping you adapt to lifestyle modifications in a way that feels sustainable and supportive.
Lucky you! Your practitioner has access to an array of tests that you may not be able to get through your GP. These tests will incur an additional cost to your treatment; however, they provide a window for your practitioner to see what’s going on inside. This testing enables your practitioner to identify or narrow down possible imbalances. It provides objective data that may help accelerate the healing process and identify the underlying causes. Examples of testing include hair and mineral analysis, comprehensive gut testing, hormone testing, a thyroid panel, and assessment of nutrient deficiencies. Â
Great question! Your practitioner will determine whether you need to renew your script and have repeats available for you. If you are unsure, reach out to the Clinic for confirmation. In some cases, you may need to schedule a new review consultation. Contact the Clinic at hello@thewellnessroad.com.au
Please note that we respond during Clinic hours.
Absolutely! We believe that many minds are better, and your health and safety are our biggest priority. We will ensure our prescriptions are checked for interactions before you receive them. This is why a script may not be prescribed at your initial consultation sometimes. Your practitioner is more than happy to communicate with your healthcare team or serve as the voice you may need.Â
We will be running regular workshops so contact the clinic to see when your preferred workshop will be running again. You can also join our mailing list and social media so you don’t miss all the goss

Yes, we understand that this is a significant investment, both in terms of time and money, but you are absolutely worth it! And your practitioner certainly thinks so, too.

Let’s get started! – Your practitioner will introduce themselves and guide you through the consultation process. They’ll ask you questions about different body systems, your family history, and other relevant aspects of your health. Our consultations are very thorough, so if you ever feel overwhelmed, just let your practitioner know; they completely understand and can adjust the conversation as needed.
As they ask questions, they’ll be taking notes. Your practitioner may also use AI methods to document your consultation. This allows them to be more present with you and consider potential treatment options tailored to your needs.
When it comes to your treatment plan, one of two things may happen:
- Your practitioner may provide a prescription on the spot, allowing you to take home the recommended products right away.
- Alternatively, they may focus on diet and lifestyle changes first, with a prescription to follow within 48 hours.
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your treatment plan, which will include clear instructions tailored to your needs. This time may be needed for further research or to check for any interactions with your current medications.
Payment – At the end of your consultation, you’ll need to settle any products your practitioner advises you to take home on the day.
If your practitioner requires additional time to create your treatment plan and prescription, you’ll receive an email within 24-48 hours with either:
- A link to your presrciption via your personal online ordering platform, or
- An invoice for your prescription (you’re also welcome to visit the clinic to collect and pay in person).
Once payment has been processed, your products will be shipped directly to your home.
Review Appointment –Â You can book your review appointment at the end of your consultation or online at your convenience. Your first review is typically scheduled 2-3 weeks after your initial consultation, with any further follow-ups spaced out as needed.
